The sixth of 30 plein air paintings for September.
No 6 ‘Arum Lily Trio’ is something a little different for the plein air challenge today. Painted in my garden, it was a very gloomy, overcast day with only diffuse light. Since there were no strong shadows, I decided to focus on the dynamic shapes of the flowers and those of the leaves.
